MRI in hyperacute stroke using PUTRA MRI stroke protocol for patients selected for reperfusion therapy (thrombectomy or thrombolysis or combined therapy) including MRI pre treatment and repeated MRI at day 5 of treatment.

Focusing on SWI sequence to analyze the clot and MRI SWI parameters based on type of clots and successful reperfusion therapy
Clots extracted from the thrombectomy procedure were sent to the lab for analysis of hard clot (tough to clear by thrombec or thrombolysis) versus soft clot (future HPE correlation with clot characteristic on MRI)
